Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kyocera account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition at our service center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
